Ultratech is leading the way in the design, development and construction of high quality stamping dies for a variety of industries. Sensor selection and placement are done from within our sensor lab. This keeps tooling cost down by ensuring unnecessary down time due to die crashes. In addition, many dies are equipped with in-die tapping and/or nut/stud insertion. Die design and engineering support is done through a variety of software packages namely SOLIDWORKS and AUTOCAD.
