Stamping

Ultratech has presses ranging in size from 32 to 600 tons of capacity, and offers value added features such as, in-die tapping and nut / stud insertion.

Press lines are equipped with signature analysis software to ensure the repeatability of quality. In addition, sensors are used to monitor conditions thus reducing cost by avoiding unnecessary down time and ensuring on-time delivery. Many stamped parts are tooled through, Ultratech's own variable tooling system. This system keeps tooling dollars low to the end customer, by utilizing tooling that is designed around specific parameters.
